Event Details

• The two-day extravaganza over music and dance performances was a huge success, thanks to our army of 156 volunteers.
• The event was live telecast by multiple local and Indian televisions. National and international media also covered the event.
• As part of free food to all attendees, a large number of Indian restaurants from Adelaide came forward to donate food.
• The organizing team was grouped in 19 different teams, such as catering (serving food), kitchen management (preparing food), compliance, cleaning, crowd control, traffic management, volunteer management, stage management, cultural activity management, audio-visual management, and logistics.
• As part of our ideology to recognise the importance of protecting the environment, we actively promoted and encouraged environmental awareness among visitors and performers.
• Volunteers and children collected recycle containers and sold them at the recycle waste collection depot. The donation collected was given away in charity. The children were honored by honorable Jing Lee, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, South Australia.
• The attractive and spellbinding decoration along with participation of multicultural communities and local businesses were highlighted in the media.
